ISO 20' CONTAINERISED CYLINDER FILLING PLANT - TURN KEY

Iso 20' workshop container
The whole of the components is entirely mounted within a modified container serving as technical workshop divided in two areas with three access doors and a control board with digital display. The container is equipped with a dismountable metallic roof, an air cooling system as well as inside and outside lighting. Among other features, we may point out the special outdoor paint consisting in a primer surface treatment and finishing enamel coat .

The container represents an excellent protection against intrusions of any kind (dust, rain, thefts, and so on), it allows CPO units to be operated every door closed. Designed to be used outdoor, their ventilation system guarantees the efficiency of the whole device whatever the environment temperature and moisture conditions are.

Seemingly similar to any other 20 feet container, the CPO workshop container facilitates considerably the conveyance of the plant (pass for fork-elevator, bolt-on ISO corners). In addition to that, it can easily be loaded on an adapted trailer improving the mobility of the equipment to such a point that it can be operated from a spot to another without being taken off the trailer.

Air compressor

Single-stage screw compressor - GA Workplace type - with electric drive motor, equipped with a water separator and air cooled. The drive is direct, achieved by an elastic coupling. It has an aluminium cooling system with a combined oil and air refrigerant. A micro-processor controls the regulatory, control and safety functions.

Compressed air conditioning
A filter eliminates impurities as small as 0.01 microns, with a maximum residual oil content of 0.001 ppm. 400 L intermediary tank.

Air drying- DRYTEC®
The dew point is -75°.

Oxygen generator

The PSA type generator is made entirely from stainless steel. All auxiliary parts, tanks, valves and piping are also stainless steel. Regulated by pneumatic controls, the process makes millions of cycles possible.

Controls and check
The control panel monitors the order of the supply stages, preventing start-up when the stages are inverted. It also controls the compressor, the super compressor generator and the air conditioning. On the top of that, the control board allows visualisation of air and oxygen pressures, and displays the oxygen quality as well as the air dew point. At last, the check board views any dysfunction with the reference to the faulty circuit.

Bottle filling ramp
The bottles filling unit has 2 sections, each consisting of 5 to 10 filling stations, with a high pressure isolation valve, bottle isolation valves and Teflon/stainless steel coils to fill the bottles.
